  • Individual therapy offers a confidential, supportive space to explore what is happening in your life. We work with present-moment experience—thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and patterns of relationship—to deepen awareness and support meaningful change. Sessions are collaborative, relational, and guided by your pace and needs.

  • Marriage and family therapy focuses on relationships as living systems shaped by patterns, history, and communication. We work with couples and families to increase awareness, improve contact, and explore new ways of relating. The goal is not blame, but understanding, responsibility, and the possibility of healthier connection.

  • Group therapy offers a powerful opportunity to explore patterns of connection in real time with others. In a supportive, facilitated setting, participants gain insight through shared experience, feedback, and relationship. Groups foster awareness, belonging, and growth while allowing individuals to feel supported and challenged within community.

Our rates

All of our clinicians are formally trained and certified in Gestalt psychotherapy. Our rates vary depending on the therapist’s level of experience and stage of licensure:

• From $125 per hour (student therapists)
• To $175 per hour (senior therapists)

We also offer sliding scale or low-cost options, depending on the therapist. Please contact us for availability. You can find out more about economic justice and sliding scale payments here. We have a price for everyone!

Group therapy fees depend on the nature and purpose of the group. Some groups meet only once or a handful of times. Other groups ask for a long-term commitment to each other. On a per-hour basis, most group fees are considerably lower than individual, couples or family therapy.

Please get in touch to learn about the groups we are currently offering, or let us know your own ideas and needs for group practice.

We do not accept insurance. However, if you would like to pursue reimbursement from your insurance company, we can provide the necessary documentation.
